A multi-asset trading platform — forex, stocks, crypto and commodities in one terminal. Web, mobile and an internal CRM.
Project overview
Background
Renting, not owning.
NewDealigence is a venture lab that builds and operates its own products. For their trading operation they had been renting a third-party platform — paying recurring fees for software they couldn't shape.
Challenge
Make complex trading feel simple.
Live markets, orders, risk and compliance — without overwhelming a first-time trader. And ship it fast enough to go live, not perfect-on-paper.
Outcome
Shipped, licensed, still running.
Three products in ~12 months — web, mobile and an internal CRM — replacing the rented stack and earning an operating license.
Role
Lead Product Designer End-to-end product design
Timeline
~12 months to live v1
Scope

Markets
Multi-asset
Forex, stocks, crypto, commodities — filterable by country.
Buy / Sell, SL & TP
Order panel
Risk controls with live validation — potential loss/profit as you type. Proposed & shipped.
KYC / AML
Regulated onboarding
Step-by-step identity verification with clear document guidance. Built licensing-ready from day one.
Deposits & withdrawals
Wallet
Transparent money flow with full history and clear statuses. Proposed & shipped.
Referral program
A multi-level referral dashboard with live earnings.
& agent calls
In-app chat
Built-in support chat and live agent calls inside the platform — a rarity in trading products. Proposed & shipped.
THE DIFFERENTIATOR
Regulated UX, designed in from day one.
KYC/AML, identity verification and compliance flows aren't bolted on at the end — they're part of the core experience. It's what let the product earn its operating license without compromising on usability.
web Mobile
Trade, set risk and confirm on the go — the desktop power, reworked for a small screen.
The platform replaced the rented product entirely, went live, and earned its operating license — the bar that decides whether a trading product is allowed to exist at all. Years on, the relationship continues: I still support the product as new requirements land.
Designing and leading a full trading ecosystem from zero — web terminal, mobile apps, deposit flows and an internal CRM — built to replace a rented third-party product and shipped to a licensed, live operation.
Context
From renting someone else’s product to owning the whole stack.
Replace this section with your real UI story. The important part is that this content lives inside the same card, so opening and closing is one continuous rubber motion.
Problem
Placeholder block for the future UI content.
Process
Placeholder block for the future UI content.
Result
Placeholder block for the future UI content.
Project overview
This is temporary scroll-testing content. It helps validate how the opened project behaves when the page has real vertical depth, long sections, and multiple content blocks.
Challenge
Designing a product experience that keeps key business metrics visible while supporting deeper product storytelling below the hero section.
Solution
A stable project frame with scrollable content, fixed navigation behavior, and reusable components across different project cases.
UX logic
The detail page should feel like one continuous project surface, not a stack of competing panels or accidental background layers.
Result
Enough content depth to test scrolling, transitions, backgrounds, and visual hierarchy across all project cards.
Additional section
Another temporary section to create realistic scroll distance. Later this can be replaced with case study images, process notes, screens, and final outcomes.
Fintech CRM

Hi
WHY WORK WITH ME
I turn complex, regulated financial systems into interfaces people trust with their money. Trading, crypto and fintech — shipped to real, licensed platforms.
TradingCryptoNeobankingInvestingDesign Systems
Complexity → clarityI translate dense product logic into simple decisions, clear hierarchy and predictable interaction.
Product partnerI think beyond screens: user goals, business model, edge cases, risk, data and delivery constraints.
Lean executionFast structure first, then visual polish. I avoid decoration until the product logic is strong.
System thinkingReusable components, states, spacing, typography, tables, cards, filters and responsive rules.
Senior outputDirect communication, practical handoff, QA mindset and design that can actually ship.
Design philosophy
Great product design is not only about how something looks. It should reduce noise, create headspace and make the next decision obvious. In fintech, that matters even more because users deal with money, risk, trust and time-sensitive actions.
How I think
Before polishing UI, I map how the product works: who uses it, what they need to do, where they can get confused, and which decisions create business value.
Why fintech
Financial products are often overloaded with information. My goal is to make them feel controlled: clear states, understandable actions, visible feedback and strong hierarchy.
Toolbox
Figma, FigJam, Miro, Notion, Loom, analytics, user testing, AI tools and structured async communication.
What I believe
Good design should create less noise and more headspace. In financial products, every screen should help the user understand what is happening, what changed, what matters now and what action is safe to take next.
How I work
I start with the product model before moving pixels: who uses it, what they need, where they hesitate, what can go wrong and which decisions create business value. Then I build flows and UI systems around that logic.
Why fintech
Fintech products are not only interfaces — they are trust systems. The design has to communicate control, reliability, risk, status, feedback and confidence without overwhelming the user.
What I bring
A mix of UX architecture, visual direction, design systems and product thinking. I can move from blank canvas to structured MVP, from messy dashboard to clean operating tool, or from existing UI to a sharper product experience.
Toolbox
Figma, FigJam, Miro, Notion, Loom, analytics, user testing, AI-assisted exploration and structured async workflow. Tools change; the important part is clear thinking and fast, useful output.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU SUBSCRIBE
You get a private task queue. Add requests anytime. I work through them by priority — one active task in Studio, two active tracks in Partner.
A flat monthly rate, billed at the start of each cycle — no hourly tracking, no surprise invoices. Payment by invoice via bank transfer, Wise, or crypto by request.
No. You are not buying hours. You are reserving senior design capacity with clear deliverables and predictable progress.
Product UX/UI, fintech flows, dashboards, web and mobile apps, onboarding, KYC/AML, design systems, UX audits and developer-ready Figma handoff.
A task can be a screen, flow, dashboard module, landing section, design system component, KYC/AML step, UX improvement or handoff item.
Most smaller tasks take 1–3 business days. Larger flows are split into clear milestones. Revisions are included while your subscription is active.
Full frontend development, large branding projects, 3D, complex motion, heavy copywriting campaigns and meeting-heavy management are not included by default.
Studio gives you one active design task. Partner adds two active tracks, priority queue, strategy, roadmap support, direct line and launch support.
Not always. The workflow is async-first: task board, Figma comments, Loom and written updates. Calls happen when they help decisions move faster.
Yes. You can pause or cancel anytime. If capacity is full when you return, we schedule the next available start.
Yes. Start with a Regulated UX Audit: one key flow reviewed, prioritized fixes and a Loom walkthrough in about one week.

Senior product designer offering subscription-based UX/UI design for fintech, crypto, trading, neobanking and investing teams. Clear, trusted product experiences — onboarding and KYC/AML flows, trading dashboards, mobile and web apps, design systems and UX audits — with developer-ready Figma handoff. Built for teams that need senior product design on demand, without hiring full-time in-house.
01 — Start
Define the plan, open a design queue and start sending requests. No heavy onboarding theater — just clear priorities and output.
02 — Request
Requests can be product screens, mobile flows, dashboards, UI cleanup, pitch sections, component states or quick UX fixes.
03 — Receive
Work is delivered in focused cycles. Larger requests are broken into smaller parts so progress is visible.
04 — Scale / Pause
If you only need a small batch, keep it lean. If the product grows, the system scales with it.
